I travel to any city within a 50 mi radius of Gonzales, LA. I'll do your nails in the comfort of your home!

My service is great for you if:

you're homebound
- anyone with disabilities, limitations, and fragilities
have social anxiety
- I totally understand you! Sometimes, highly social environments can be a bit much
you're someone who loves some "Me" time and would like to be pampered in the comfort of your own home
- even if you'd love to have a friend to talk to for the day while enjoying your service. I love to listen and enjoy good vibes.

And don't worry about the polish or monomer odor. I come with a two-way window fan, air purifier, and monomer odor reducer. I also work with Poly-gel for a more odor-reducing option.

POLICY

Be sure to thoroughly read ALL policy terms and conditions BEFORE booking.

DEPOSITS

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE under no circumstances. Please make sure you're able to fulfill the spot you're booking.
Deposits are $20 and are due when booking. I accept deposits through Zelle and apple Pay. Remainders are due in cash, Apple Pay, or Zelle.

PAYMENTS

I accept payments in cash, Zelle, or Apple Pay. Your remaining balance is collected after your appointment.
Refer to my business hours to see what hours of the day I'm available. Sundays and Mondays are my days off. Additional fees will apply if you book before/after hours or on a closed/off day. Before/After Hour fees are $10. Closed Day fees are $20. These fees DO NOT go towards deposits or remainder. These fees are due at booking with deposit.
You have a 3-day grace period to get a nail repaired (no deposit needed, $5 travel fee required. Booking to fix a broken nail any day afterwards is $10 per nail + travel fee. I DO NOT repair:
- nails after a week of them being done
- nails done by other nail techs
- more than 4 nails. You will need a new set.
No refunds are provided AFTER I've completed your service.

TRAVEL RADIUS

I travel within 50 miles of Gonzales, LA. DO NOT book if you're anywhere outside of the 50 mile radius.

Please make sure there is somewhere for me to park. Client is responsible for any fees incurred while providing your services, included but not limited to: parking, valet, and tolls. These fees are added to your service total. I kindly ask that the parking spot is close to your house/apartment due the equipment I have to carry.

Travel fees are added on to your remainder. These are due at your appointment WITH your remainder.

The Time of Travel is only an estimate, not EXACT. Please understand that travel times can change due but not limited to:
- weather, wrong directions/unfamiliarity, road work or hazards, etc.
  - if any of these occur, I'll be sure to communicate these in advance!

CANCELATION/RESCHEDULE

Please cancel or reschedule 48 hrs. (2 days) before your appointment day. If you cancel/reschedule BEFORE the allotted time, you can transfer your deposit to a later date ONCE in the same month.
Failure to cancel/reschedule within the allotted time will result in having to reschedule AND a new deposit upon booking.

NO CALL OR CANCELATION

No call or cancelation will result in being banned from booking!

MUST HAVES

Please have your hands free of any acrylics and polishes. If you need a soak-off, please book that option. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being canceled.
I DO NOT work over other nail techs' work.
Please provide a clean, open, well-ventilated area for me to work in. I DO NOT work outside, in small, or dirty spaces! I need at least 6 ft. of space to work comfortably. Make sure there is a window or door nearby. I prefer to work in a living room or general room for my manicure table to fit.
You must have the following:
- a sink with hot water,
- two comfortable chairs for both you and me
  - seating on chair must be at least 1.5 feet off the ground.
    - examples: height of cook-out/lawn chairs, computer chair
Please make sure there is somewhere for me to park. You're responsible for any fees incurred while providing your services, included but not limited to: parking, valet, and tolls. These fees are added to your service total. I kindly ask that the parking spot is close to your house/apartment due the equipment I have to carry.
Prior to booking, please be sure that your nails are HEALTHY! I can not work over damaged nails.
- Damaged: brittle, thin, crack in nail plate, open cuts, etc.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & APPOINTMENT

If you have any changes you'd like to make (color, nail art, length, etc), you have 24 hrs. before your appointment to do so. Anything after is FINALIZED!
- I'll send you a confirmation email to finalize your set. If there are any changes, a new invoice will be sent.
Please have your hands free of any acrylics and polishes. If you need a soak-off, please book that option. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being canceled.
I DO NOT work over other nail techs' work.
I understand we're at home and comfy so please try to be distraction-free during your appointment. This can cause mistakes and longer appointment times. Please be mindful of the girlies after you.
If you are in an apartment, please provide your entire address (building number, apartment number, floor number, gate code, etc.)
Please be sure to communicate respectfully. I try to accommodate everyone as best as I can.

You must disclose any health conditions with me. This includes diabetes, open wounds, fungus, or excessively thick toenails. If I arrive and cannot continue the service due to any of these conditions, I have the right to refuse service and travel fee won't be refunded.

These fees are added to your service total. I kindly ask that the parking spot is close to your house/apartment due the equipment I have to carry.

Please be mindful of your children. My equipment is very sharp and could be dangerous for your kids to be around.
